Clothing the Loop 2025 took place on Saturday 18 October at the Vault, Dairy Road

Clothing the Loop 2025 was a collision of fashion, art, design and activism presented by Australian Dance Party and sustainable designer, Kelli Donovan to activate textile and fashion circular economies in our ACT community.

The day included sewing + textile art workshops, industry talks, panel discussions, a giant clothes swap, local sustainable design installations, fashion parade and performances.

In 2026, Clothing the Loop: Circular Design Festival will take place on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November at the CIT Woden campus.

Friday 6 November | Evening Spectacular
Step into a glamorous evening of sustainable runway fashion, contemporary dance, live music, and immersive design.
Discover visionary collections from leading local and national designers, explore captivating installations and creative stalls, hear from inspiring change makers, and dance the night away.

Saturday 7 November | Full-Day Gathering

Get hands-on with the future of design. Dive into an immersive day of artist and designer-led workshops, interactive installations and fashion displays, panel conversations with industry leaders (fashion, interiors and live performance) and a clothes swap - refresh your wardrobe sustainably!
