What

“the textile fashion industry accounts for 10% of global carbon emissions and remains the second largest industrial polluter”, Ecowatch.

SEAMLESS draws attention to scale and momentum of the problem of fast fashion. The catwalk becomes lens to explore human psychology, behaviour and societal systems that drive this fad.

A commissioned work presented at Floriade Fringe Festival, Haig Park Canberra, October 2017. Re-imagined in 2019 and commissioned by National Portrait Gallery in connection with 'Women in Vogue' exhibition.
