Move to Zero was an initiative to create a series of short dance films to bring the ACT Government’s carbon reduction target into the public eye.
To encourage effective action toward zero we worked with science advisors, Dr Mark Stafford Smith and Prof. Will Steffen, the ACT community via workshops and surveys, artists, film-makers, EV experts, and business and media partners to help craft quirky and memorable messages of sustainability.

Move to Zero 1.0 (2018)
Supported by the ACT Gov. and sponsors, Australian Dance Party engaged with scientists and broader community to research and develop, realise and distribute a powerful, fun and engaging media campaign focussed on Moving to Zero. The result was four short, punchy and motivating dance videos: Use No Plastic, Dive into a Car Pool, Make Your Home Just Right and Make Your Step.
Use No Plastic
The Earth is warming at an alarming rate, causing adverse effects to ecosystems. Present and future generations, risk the loss of a healthy planet and the important cultural and environmental legacy of our past. Human-induced climate change, including the production of Co2 emissions, are large contributor to these detrimental changes. Taking responsibility for the change we can move to reduce and counteract these negative impacts.
